Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShortlyFleet website (shortlyfleet.com) and the NeoPro AI Studio cloud platform available at panel.shortlyfleet.com (together, the "Service"), operated by ShortlyFleet ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ShortlyFleet provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform that helps users grow YouTube channels by automatically discovering, reworking, and publishing short-form video content to a connected YouTube channel via the official YouTube Data API, based on settings the user configures (niche, country, upload frequency, and similar).
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Plans & Channel Limits
The Service is offered on paid subscription plans of fixed duration (e.g. 7, 30, 90, or 365 days). Each plan includes a limited number of connected YouTube channels (currently up to 2). Connecting additional channels requires purchasing a separate add-on with its own duration and price. There is no unlimited-channel tier. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD); where payment is made via bank transfer, the amount payable in local currency is calculated using the exchange rate displayed at the time of order and is locked in for that order.
4. Payment
Payment may be processed via bank transfer or, where available, through our payment partner (a Merchant of Record). Access to paid features is granted once payment has been confirmed. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout; you may purchase a new plan at any time to extend or add to your access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, is unlawful, or that you do not have the rights or permissions to distribute. You are solely responsible for the content published to your connected YouTube channel(s) through the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google/YouTube, via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms that affect the Service's functionality.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortlyFleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, channel monetization status, or content resulting from actions taken by third-party platforms (including YouTube).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
